WP1 – Management and Coordination

Objectives:

• • Ensure effective management, resource (person and equipment) monitoring and reporting in liaison with the Project Coordinator and all Workpackage Leaders throughout the project duration.
  • Management of Intellectual Property, and providing administrative and communication support for the project (via regular web-meetings and maintenance of project intranet).
  • Ongoing risk assessment, resolution strategy and management of resolution actions.
  • Application for HPC resources.
  • Establish links and promote interactions with other H2020- and EuroHPC-funded projects (e.g. CoE and FET-HPC) to implement an ecosystem-wide co-design approach, including interactions with the European Processor Initiative to get involved in the current co-design approach and interactions with the (pre-)exascale Hosting Entities.
